    Thank you! I was trying to find a tutorial where the bolero was from back only and not the front. I am almost done and it looks great. This was really easy to follow

    the normal decrease is better and if u decrease twice in one row in random spots instead of beside each other its not noticeable MY OPINION ,... because thats what i did and i feel it looks better that way

    I didn’t really understand the construction of this tutorial of sleeves. It’s hard to see what you’re doing. Waited till the end that maybe you would explain or show the whole thing. Didn’t happen. 😮.

      Exactly. It's already hard that we didn't see the construction of the top so that we have an idea of how it's starting, where we've gotten to and stuff. But I don't even get how she joined the two pieces together. Sighhh

      Hello! I am so sorry to hear that, although I am moving fast, you can slow down the video on UA-cam! I tell you we are using a mesh stitch which is a double crochet chain one and we only increase our mesh stitch at the end of every even row, if you would like a detailed explanation I am more than happy to assist!

    5:26 hi, this is super cute!
    When u increase & turn to start the next row, do u double crochet into both previous stitches (the reg one & the increase one)?

    • @jayb64
      @jayb64  9 місяців тому

      Hello! No when you start your odd rows you will skip the very first DC from the previous row and work into the next one! You don’t want to increase on every row, you want to increase on every other row

    Hi! I'm confused with how you started the second sleeve. On 13:45 you jump to saying half of the arm is completed. Can you explain how to get there and where to go after just finishing the first sleeve? Isn't the other end of the sleeve supposed to be tapered off since you said we have to increase one side for every even row? I'm so confused haha

      @jayb64  Місяць тому

      Hello! So sorry for the late response but when I said one half of the sleeve I was meaning like one side of the sleeve is fully complete, the second half would be the second sleeve, I attached my yarn to my tail at the start of project and mirrored the same thing, completing another full sleeve

    this tutorial is confusing. you say to increase the stitches on the even rows but row 3 has an increase…. is this a mistake ?

    • @jayb64
      @jayb64  Місяць тому

      Hii! Row 3 does not have an increase, I place 2 double crochets at 3:27 which is the end of Row 2 then I chain 4 and work a double crochet in the next stitch, making it a normal row
