Module 1 - The Neighbourhood Scle, Chapter 3.1
The course takes a look at the close relationship between corruption, integrity failures, and poor access to water and sanitation services in marginalised parts of the city of Lima. It focuses on both the challenges of a water and sanitation operator in providing services in urban settlements and on the strategies and work of residents to gain access to basic services.
