Actually the thing is that for PhD I would require a phd proposal and connect through professors there and I am not sure if I will be able to get that or not. Also my bachlors was in food engineering and masters was in chemical engineering and I dont want to pursue chemical anymore. Actually, the 11-year study gap is a really big gap. You can still do one thing that is to pursue your master's degree in your home country and move to Italy for a second master's or Ph.D.
