I always prefer to speak with the broker because I ask good necessary questions so there's no surprises . I do email when necessary but not every one of those email back in time so I just keep going to get a load booked... I have accomplished a good circle of brokers I use the most that keep me going consistently ..so due to this relationship I've built with them ..they answer my emails pretty quickly ...and my calls so I prefer to keep working with them .. I've had times when some other brokers answer my emails 2 days later so I just take notice of those and don't work with them much 🙃

The click and go apps are getting more popular for people with the language barrier cuz they cant understand english and/or they dont want to deal with the broker or negotiate for more money.
