Hmmmm ! Small boys are young. Buruku is seen at various points from Asakraka to Afram waterside ( or do I say Afram shores ?) at Ekye Amanfrom through Kwahu Adawso but can't be reached however tried you do. Buruku sight sent cold chills on some of us who were first-timers to see. Little wonder I began my contribution with the sentence 'Small boys are young'. I still remember the story of Nana Abrewa catechism. Its said an old lady in my holy village was asked how she understood the catechism and she answered they don't understand, but believe it. Yes: 'y3nte ase3 3nso y3gye di'. This should be the mentality of people entering sacred groves for the first time. I remember my first visit to Gambaga Witches village. I photoed some of the inmates after ignoring a loud shout from a corner not to do so. When the film developed the whole film of about 24 shots had all gone bad including even the previous ones on it. SO let's be mindful of Nana Abrewa catechism and her answer, ' y3nte ase3 3nso y3gye di', in some of our dealings.

Quite remember my big bro came down and we visited Odwenanoma mountain at Atibie, our dad is from kwahu and we've stayed there fr long and we familiar with the place so we took the visit for granted and went straight to the forest, before we could enter one old man stopped us and asked us to go with his nephew, there we got to know that at a point we had to take off our slippers and cap.
So wht you are saying is very true...the DO'S AND DON'TS are very important

The River behind is the Afram River that joins the Volta Lake.
The area you were is part of the Afram Plians, a vast land area that covers both the Eastern and Ashanti Regions.
I have seen that twin rock several timez on my trip to the Afram Plains Area.

    11:10 is true. lol,
those days, people travel outside through there. If your family members travel and you don't know where that person is, you go there and they'll do something for you, then the God will take you to some town and when you ask of that your family member somebody will tell you they live with him or her in that town.
These days, people joke with things this

I don’t know abt the money part. But certainly anyone can go to any deity through the right Komfo n make ur case concerning the politicians n also perform the necessary rights. The question is who has the courage to go n do that on behalf of the nation when many Ghanaians have been brainwashed to be scared about our traditional deities. They will rather go to church n pray to Jesus for Ghana to no avail.

It’s normal, there’s nothing phenomenal abt it, it happens. Like I remember when schooling in Volta, from my school I could see the ships on the sea very huge and closer, but when I walk towards it, it gets far and further away from you, it has to do with perspective, if you had a good guide to take you there, you’d get there easily, but to go hiking in an area you aren’t familiar with is dangerous you could get lost.
