我跟着阿鸿的recipe煮,煮了两次,改了几点, (1)预先一天煮好manggi 面冷藏,炒出来比较干爽,炒的时候可以加回一点高汤/开水,湿度就会刚刚好(我个人比较喜欢干爽的)(2) 长豆换炸好的豆干 (3)用Avocado 油炒,吃了比较健康
Wow I followed Mr Hong’s recipe with just 2 changes. (1) I added Maggie chilli sauce as seasoning and (2) I sub taugeh for the kacang panjang. Wow, so good !!! Thank you Mr Hong. It really has that mamak stall taste that my son love so much!!
普通的-包咖喱泡面可以炒出这么美味的面食,真的太棒了,以后我也不用只会煮咖喱汤面了,谢谢阿鸿的分享。😋👍

First of all, normally we just put the instant noodle inside and the curry powder inside the wok to cook. After I watched Chef Hong use the different way to cook noodles, especially putting some sweet soy sauce, vegetables or something else, I was shocked! Thanks you Mr Hong for the video-sharing! The food looks delicious.

I find the sauces are Crucial to a Great taste, I use a combo of these 3 sauces, 1)tomato sauce, 2) sambal paste 3)curry powder plus chilli powder to taste mixed into a paste. Obviously salt, pepper etc. I fry the eggs separately and put them on top of the noodles. Try this you would be pleasantly surprised. Simple yet delicious.
