Born in Singapore but having lived and drunk western coffee in the US for almost forty years, I can definitely say that Singaporean coffee taste much better than the coffee we have in the US, all those lattes, cappuccinos, mochas whatever they keep coming up with. My personal favorite is Kopi O. Singapore also has the distinction, along with Malaysia, of serving the breakfast set, kopi with two kaya toasts (with a slice of butter) and two half-boiled eggs. You don't see this anywhere else in the world. Unlike western coffee, you can smell the aroma of a cup of Kopi from a mile away. My siblings and I who were all born in Singapore and now living in the US, in fact, travel to Singapore almost every year just to drink kopi with the breakfast set, along with other local delicacies such as nasi lemak (with curried chicken), mee reebus, mee goreng, chicken rice, rojak and curry puffs to name a few.

I came to Singapore this summer, for the chili crab, yes, but I soon discovered kopi.

Do you think that ‘TOASTBOX’ Coffe Shops 🏬 in Singapore 🇸🇬, Malaysia 🇲🇾, and Hong Kong 🇭🇰, serve traditional coffee ? They taste really great 👍🏻 with Pandan Cake, toast with Kaya Jam, and a side dish of semi-boiled egg 🍳😋😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤🤐

The coffee pot looks a lot like the arabic dallah coffee pots, but less ornate. İ assume its likely an arab import from trade ( along with coffee?)

He's not the only local coffee guy, who only interview him? Is this a paid publicity.
