Best would be to reduce as the two other still use energy and also you can't recycle plastic 100% so they still need to make virgin plastic. There is Nato in America. If you go to the asian market. They have a lot of Japanese foods. Also Korean food and Chinese food. My husband is Japaneses and we go there all the time.
