Sadly another thing we have in common! We came very close to losing our rescue dog, so I know what you are going through. We discovered he did indeed have a tumour, it was 17lbs and thought to be cancer and fatal, we had it removed anyway and in a miraculous turn, it was not cancer and he has long since recovered. Hope Toby gets his miracle too! It's been two weeks since you posted this, so I imagine you will hear more soon. Sending positive wishes!
I take Toby in two weeks to get another X-ray to see if the weak spot in his left hip was an infection from his skin that manifested to his hip or if it’s actually a tumour growth. Problem with getting an X-ray the vet has to put him under. Which Toby hates and becomes a huge sucky baby. He wines and cries for hours until the anesthesia wares off and its costs big bucks and no whammies. So will be praying big time!
