When I started out I bought 3 most common decoders and until I toot a course to learn how to use the tool properly it was hit and miss. I can now open any car in a matter of a 1 or 2 mins max with the turbo decoder and reading the cut debt is a learning process too . its very rear that I speak to other locksmiths or mechanics that can use the tool properly without having some sort or training or physical instruction with the tool itself and also the pins are £50 each to replace when broken and if you cant use the tool properly then you will certainly break a few pins . I did and i still do every now and then . Another important thing is the amount of tension you use on the wheel . when your not used to it expect cramp lol . if you over tension you will damage the lock and decoded and if you under tension you could be there a very long time before success. once you learn to use the tool properly its easy but takes a lot of practice. I would also advise on using wd40 , put the straw into the lock face and give 2 short bursts and leave for 1 minute to penetrate any dirt rust or lubricate dry wafers . This makes the job 10 times easier when picking and is also advised and explained when taking the course which was not shown on the video, this is a must for every lock before starting.
Does anyone knows how can I get one? I live in Brazil. Actually it is for my father. He is a locksmith and he's crazy about this sh*t, but I have no idea how I can get one for him. Can anybody help me?
You struggle inserting, unlocking and removing the decoder, because you did not follow exactly the steps provided by the manufacturer. Maybe you didn't watch the video - he had trouble resetting it then said - it is an easy mistake - if you put in or take out with the ring not forward it will destroy the tool ....... so a 500.00 tool is "easy to destroy" This is a garbage POS tool. That is at 2:26 But as you said - you have a few for sale ( no conflict on you review eh ? )
Valid thoughts, it's a learning curve and a different method for sure. it does have lots of success and is a trusted tool of many Locksmiths. I'd love to see this in action vs a Lishi user. that would be cool.
Do not buy I bough 1 and did not work and uhs doesn’t accept returns on it for it’s obvious reasons is not good and then me been idiot bought a second one thinking maybe a I had bad tool and my surprise was still the same tried in 20 plus locks and doesn’t work do not waste ur money on this I put a review in uhs website and they do not post the bad reviews these tool is a scam doesn’t work. Everything else trust uhs it’s a good store is just the turbo decoder hu101 really bad tool not good at all. Do not buy
