    Great video. The vortex is an awesome accessory, wished I had bought it years ago. Nothing better for chicken in my opinion. Better than restaurant. Thanks for always making such awesome content!

    Hey Grumpy! So I've got a video/videos idea for you. At this point with social media videos, everyone pretty much parrots each other..
    So here's my idea... Most videos RARELY address what to do with leftovers.
    So that's my idea... What to make with leftover pulled pork...brisket .. Chicken..etc..
    Most viewers aren't eating a 14lb brisket before it goes bad if you're by yourself or feeding a family of 3 or 4... Same with pulled pork...
    I'm a former successful entrepreneur, and there are 2 lessons that I learned to become successful.
    1) Customers are a finite resource with a finite amount of time.
    2) What makes you stand out from your competition? If you don't stand out, you'll be lucky to get a decent slice of the customer pie.
    Just my 2 pennies.
