    Story 1. Multi births can be genetic but my understanding is it stems from the woman's maternal line, not from the father's genetics. In this case, it probably has more to do with her age. Getting older, women's ovaries often release multiple eggs per cycle as they get closer to menopause.

    The whole triplets thing depends more on the mother than the father. Either the mother drops multiple eggs during ovulation or the single egg divides differently for identical twins or triplets. The father can pass any "twin genes" to his daughter but isn't a deciding factor.

    • @girl1213
      @girl1213 Рік тому

      There's also the dichotomy of luck. Conception is always going to be on the draw. Science fiction always tries to subvert this, but the reality is there's never a guarantee of conceiving even if the sperm and the egg meet. Sure, mom can drop more eggs, but that doesn't increase the chance. If it did, we'd have a lot more "Duggar" and "Radford" family situations.

    I don't know, in the first story I'm sure most of us would have liked to see a more extensive revenge on the husband and mother, but those poor triplets didn't do anything and they're already going to bear the brunt of the financial catastrophe that OP brought down on her betrayers. I think the best way this could have ended would have been with the triplets being taken away from her mother, but that would have relieved her mother & husband of the financial burden of raising them. Still, once the babies were gone OP could have wreaked more vengeance with impunity.

Yes, I have been cheated on, so I somewhat understand the emotions running through her mind at the time. But she also needed to think of the long-term benefits of having that child support. This is just my opinion on the story. Some of you will agree with me, and others will not. That is the great thing about opinions.       @@RipeStories One implausible thing i might believe, but in this story, we got 1 implausible thing and 1 completely incorrect thing;
      1) 48 year old woman has triplets without IVF being involved
      2) Triplets on the fathers side of the family
      The DNA of sperm cannot cause triplets... it is the DNA of the egg that determines it.
      I think it is a safe bet based on these two things that the story is partly made up. Those triplets will involve IVF for sure and the husband is the sperm donor - a bit weird, but not weird enough to make a good story, so the story was 'improved'.

    As bad as the husband messed up I don’t think one person having custody or child support in this situation is reasonable. He wasn’t abusive towards her or the kids and think it should be 50/50 and alimony be decided by the courts more than likely her getting alimony for him cheating. Custody of this kids shouldn’t be affected with him cheating since it wasn’t an abusive type of case.

      You want them to grow up with the man who thinks it's alright to bang your mother-in-law because daddy wasn't abusive to you? Dude, would you be happy growing up knowing your father banged your grandma? Can you imagine the questions your friends will have? Or the looks of disgust?

    I was with OP, until she admitted to doing her husband's taxes and being complicit in his fraud with the IRS....then she used that against him. If she did his taxes, did she not have to sign the documents, as the person who prepared the years tax forms, for her husband?
    And, all those children are now going to suffer, by living in poverty, growing up with bitter parents.
    Will OP still be able to see her little sister and the triplets (which are still her half-siblings)?
    OP decided to go scortched earth, for her own revenge, and children are now affected. OP was raised alot by her grandparents. Maybe OP should take financial responsibility for those triplets, to atone for her selfishness.

    With the title of the story, why is 1st OP worried about being perceived as a creep by reddit for listening to a conversation through the window?
    Also she was "silently crying?" That's an external observation. If she actually experienced this she wouldn't be describing herself externally. Story is fake.
