Some people turn to other things when they're hurting or in troubled times, whereas myself, I turn to music. And generally, it's 90% of the time always Sigur Ros. I'm sorry for your loss.. Losing anyone in life is heartbreaking.
Miselain I relate to you in that sense of turning to music during troubled times. I'm sorry to hear, too, about your Dad. I watched on UA-cam for several days & nights ... felt like I had left the planet; and when I returned, I was a renewed person. The music of Sigur Ros is nothing short of amazing!

Beautiful video, beautiful song. I'd never really listened to it until one day a few months ago, while I was on break at work. I was staring out the window, watching the rain when the song began. Around the 4:50 mark the lightning started. I always have that image in my head when I listen to it now. It's incredibly powerful.
