Thanks Andy! Great video as always. I'm primarily a historical painter, so really appreciate the appearance of Bolt Action figures painted in GW paints!
Would love to see you paint and play more Bolt Action. A guide on US Marines and Japanese would be interesting. Other than that, I would love a tour of the inventory of the GW stores you apparently robbed blind.
What a pleasant surprise to see Bolt Action on your channel! I have just discovered it’s weird brother, Konflikt 47, so this was perfect. I am getting ready to assemble and paint the starter boxes for the Americans and the Germans, and it’s going to be so much fun 🤩
Stock/wood colors: Depends on the local availability to the manufacturer and the available resources at that point in the war. Learned this when I was researching US Army officer great coats, the buttons and the dye colors changed due availability issues. Found out the German Afrika Corps vehicles had no uniform colors, most of the crews used mops to paint on whatever color was available over the standard armor grey color. (Fun things we find on the internet...
would be curious if you would ever touch the french napoleon army grey coat paining. this video itself is a great painting to teach me painting bolt action miniature.
This one slipped past me somehow (damn you algorithm). I love Bolt Action stuff, it's really good for people who aren't great at picking a paint scheme because of all the real life source material.
I thought the same thing about those germans. Bright blue on late war WWII minis? I seriously doubt the germans looked that clean and bright toward the end of the war
Irish US?!?! Lol 😅 more Fallschirmjager but in summer uniform colors if possible please, like green grey smock and pants, etc great video all the same!! 👏 🔥
I love Bolt action so really chuffed you did this video. Also, is that all your free stuff you have collected over the years for promoting? It’s mental! 😅
@@MediocreHobbies You are the one that invoked accuracy. You said the color of these coats in the box art is wrong. It's not bad though. They could be that color, or even darker. I'm not sure what photos you were looking at but these wool overcoat did not come in the light tan color you used. Also their boots were brown, not black.
I'd love to see more bolt action on the channel.
more of this please!
Really glad to see more Bolt Action stuff. Would love to see more. the new edition of the game is really fun.
Great video as ever! Really good to see your style applied to some non-GW stuff. Definitely love to see more.

Yes, yes, yes, Andy! More Bolt Action, please!
Cracking job Andy! Mission accomplished definitely achieved a more gruff look lol! Nice job! The Medicore Hobbies shop is looking well 😜
Great guide - love to see more BA videos 💪
Great video, would love to see more
Great video, Andy! I'd love to see more Bolt Action on the channel. Out of curiosity, which faction/s do you collect for Bolt Action?
It would be nice to see more bolt action please
Sorry not as many people watched this video man it’s great be proud of yourself

My friends collect bolt action, so it was interesting to see how these miniatures are painted. Great job as usual!!!
Oh cool, maybe share the video with them in case it helps!
I'm not jealous looking at all those un opended boxes behind you at all... nope... *eyes twitch* also, great painted minis as always.

Will have to check out Konflikt 47!
Just picked up this set and I’ll be using these methods shown in the video. Look great!
Sweet, thanks for letting me know that!
This is awesome! More of WWII please
Will be giving the german paint scheme a try
Nice paint jobs
Great tutorial, nice to see some Bolt Action on the channel. The hail in the background sounded pretty heavy - Hope no damage done.
It was pretty brief, just sounded very harsh on my roof!

More Bolt Action 😊
More BA is more better :) Would love to see any of the weird interwar French tanks/armoured cars (could probably be billed as Trench Crusade scenery)
More bolt action please

Yes exactly! Just straight forward schemes without having to think!
You found a use for the Fang!
it's what i use for my death korps of krieg too!

I don't collect the winter setting but have British and German forces for Normandy.
Oh very cool!

Haha no I've been in the hobby for 20 years, a lot of it is my own backlog!
@ do you know if you will be getting a copy of War Of the Rohirim? Would love to see how you paint the box set up.
@@jamesfirth-haydon7381 Tune in tomorrow to find out :D
The overcoat color was a darker brown in real life.
It probably wasn't made from plastic either :D

Yereeeess
Bulge. Hehe ;-P Sorry, just commented to bump the vid/channel.
hahaha
Wow dude… the boxes in the background make my
pile of potential look weak.
Hahah that's not even all of it!
I seriously hope thats not your backlog behind you. Hopefully they're just empty and all painted lmao.
I wish! It's not even all of it
