I enjoy them so much. I made two bowl cozies, one Amish Folded Star Trivet & a "paper pieced" seat cushion for my sewing chair just this week. That was alot of work as it was 25 hearts pieced together with backing, batting & binding.

I had received some different sized plastic templates to make bowl cozies, on Amazon. (Christmas present I picked out) They came without instructions. So, this video saved me from making mistakes on sewing the two fabrics together, and using the wrong lining! Yay Vivian!!! I am so glad I found your channel. Even though I've been sewing a long time, I learn something new from almost all of your videos. Your mom taught you very well.
So happy to have discovered your videos for bowl cozies. You are a master pattern maker and I love the technique of leaving that large opening in the solid color fabric to turn the bowl. I always pick up great ideas from your videos. But I still miss the sound of your old, squeaky iron! In fact, my husband rented one too (we are old and he has a bad back). It was the best vacation ever! Plus, you don't have to wait in line when you have a wheelchair/scooter. Win, win! The video I used 8.5” square to make a template. If you want 10” after you follow the folding step, you mark 3.5” on 2 sides instead of 3.1/4” and round the petals ( I used the round ruler, you can use the plate or bowl if you don’t have a round ruler I hope this helps and sorry for the delayed Love Vivian

Hi Vivian, No I do not take medication only thing I use is Cod liver oil in liquid form not capsules. Just deal with the pain exercise and yoga. My mum had arthritis so she passed it on to me LOL.xxxxxx
