Two and a half years after it was constructed, a 40-
unit Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) apartment complex
on School Road in Sholinganallur is a shambles with
residents still waiting for the authorities to provide basic
amenities. Just four units are occupied in the apartment
complex that was built in January 2021.
