Preparing for Service - Hotham Valley Railway 1984 Western Australia

Something a little bit different this time ...
The year is 1984. A dedicated group of volunteers manage and run the newly preserved Hotham Valley Tourist Railway located between Pinjarra and Dwellingup in Western Australia.
In this rare short film titled 'Preparing for Service' the dining coaches are prepared ready for the next meal service. An unknown ex Western Australian Government Railways (WAGR) W Class Steam Locomotive heads this short train.
The original cine film was given to me some 30 years ago by an ex railway employee. It was a silent film, so a soundtrack has been added. The original footage was very poor and shaky, but with some professional transfer and tweaking it has been restored to see another day.
Maybe someone knows who the volunteers were?
