Very very nice vid! Well done guys!!! Could you tell me the dates of this trip??? I went there twice between mid december and mid january and we had good time and
lots of fish but it was 18 years ago... I m thinking of planning a trip next year.

Danke. Wir haben das Meiste mit D500 & D800 sowie Sigma 18-35 1,8 und Nikon 24-70 2.8 gefilmt. Dann noch GoPro 5 sowie DJI Phantom III.

+Andree's Expeditions ja den Dji und die GoPro waren mit schon fast klar, das Dslr Set Up hat mich sehr interessiert, gerade bei Minute 6.0 die Low Light Aufnahme ist super ausgestellt! Großes Lob an euren Kameramann weiter so, macht Bock!

Servus, wir haben vor einigen Jahren mehrere Monate in Gambia gefischt. Leider sind die Gewässer dort ziemlich überfischt. Und nun kommen noch die chinesischen Fischmehrfabriken hinzu. Diese haben weite Abschnitte der Küste bereits mit ihren ungefilterten, giftigen Wassereinleitungen zerstört... Hatte bestimmt Potential. Vor allem die großen Barras und Tarpone...

Hi Silver King_Slayer: For monster tarpon it is one of the best spots for fishing from the shore, yes. But it needs also a lot of luck to land these giants from the shore. The biggest tarpon caught in Gabon was more than 130kg :-)

In Florida it is easier to catch Tarpon, not a question. You have much more there than in Gabon. But in Gabon you get mostly the huge ones over 70-100 kilo. So if you hook one, it's normally a really big one.
