2019年3月24日の第18回さくらパレードでの京都橘高校吹奏楽部のパレードからの映像です。今回は歩きながらの撮影はしておりませんので、3台のカメラでのマルチカメラ編集です。

いつも楽しみに観させいただいております。今回は観に行けましたがやめておきました。橘の周囲だけ異常な光景ですね｡素敵な演奏をしてくれる生徒さん達の為にも規制やトラブルが起きない内に各自大人な対応を願うばかりです。

ドラメちゃんの笑顔は即社会人としても通用するねｗこんな綺麗な笑顔をする子はそうそうおらんね＾勿論ほかの子も笑顔も素晴らしい＾
自分も観に行ってきました。パレードは新曲が多かったですね。OP曲はDown by the riverside.なので2曲目が始まる辺りにポジションを取ると何とスティービーワンダーのSir Duke!好きな曲で嬉しかったです。先回りして次のポジションへ移動すると反対側に115期の部長さん以下数人がいて演奏する部員達とハイタッチしている微笑ましい場面にも遭遇出来ました。ただご覧のように人出が尋常でなく今後が心配です。
アップありがとうございます。パレードの全貌が見えてきたようで、動画だけが頼りの者にとっては嬉しい限りですm(_ _)m

Seriously? I think there was a bigger crowd this year than at last years parade. And its easier to count how many people DID NOT have a camera or phone recording Kyoto Tachibana. The throngs of mono-pod poles at the back of the Band is as large if not larger than last year and that's not even mentioning cameras on the sides of the Band. You can't convince me they are not more popular than ever.
Miss 'P' is playing tenor drums. 👍👍!!! So happy to see she gets to beat a drum. Quite a few new songs or new arrangements to old songs. Can't wait to hear the volume increase with the new students included. 🧡💛🧡💛KYOTO TACHIBANA SHS BAND🧡💛🧡💛

BUT ... can MissP beat the daylights out of a drum set like only Tippi could do? Only time will tell!
Demef Actually, I should not have said ‘taking T’s place’. Rather I should have said, ‘ably supplementing in percussion in T’s absence’. P does not play the tenor drums in S,S,S so unless there is a change in roles, P will continue to play conga drums and Gong in SSS and there is no comparison to be made with T. My bad. 😟
Penguin-chan is the section lead this year, and as such, it at the back of the percussion watching her section. I don't think she can whack them as hard as Tippi: it's not her style, but she does a capable job- as the year progresses, she will most likely get better.
I don't think there was any way to walk alongside the band, and the school is requesting that people don't do that. Blumen Hugel later today will show whether the videographers abide by that rule or not.

Love Tachibana! They are so amazing!
Another great job of filming st.taketo. It looks a lot more crowded than I've seen before. The crowd is much deeper and closer to the band. And those following are really packed tight.
These kids are rock stars!
As always, st.taketo gives us a treat. :) I can imagine it was hell to get good shots of the parade this year in that crowd. If it gets worse like this every year there will be no space for the bands. The forest of cameras on poles was almost ridiculous. ;) Great job anyway to capture this much. Two thumbs up!
I really liked some of the new songs this year. I really am looking forward to this year and see if there is much improvment och changes with the new musical director.

St. Taketo: Thanks for this adaptation to the extreme crowds. Combining with I Love Brass and Tsubame Planning to use three fixed cameras perfectly synced rather than try to walk through such a large audience is a wonderful, creative idea. The Tachibana performance is outstanding as always.
Good to see that many new faces and that they found an instrument for the guy who walked behind the group in many video's last year. New music and new moves, i can already tell this will be a great season. Ty for sharing.

coconmc2さん こんにちわ。ホルンくん、このメンバーで、さすがに唯一（演奏での）初パレードなので、現場で見ても、表情もかなり緊張気味で、硬かったですね（笑）。次のブルーメはリラックスして弾けてもらいたいです（笑）。

@@coconmc2886さん 私も横浜なので、 しょっちゅう行けないです（苦笑）。どちらかというとパレード派なんで、できれば5月の大阪ブラスエキスポに行ければ…。お金と体調と相談してですね（笑）。また東京に来てくれれば…。そうなると、メインはステージでしょうね。楽器フェアでは、パレード道路は許可が下りなかったようです。だから、仕方なく狭い場所で何往復も…苦笑。今年は楽器フェアないし（2年に一度）。何かイベントやらないかな…笑。生橘、最高です。いいですよ――。見ると病みつきになります。お金と体調が許せば…病的に何回も行くことに（私は今は無理ですが）。ホルンくんは、正直私と同様、なんかちょっとぶきっちょなような…笑。まじめだし、だから余計に応援したくなります。今回わかったことは、他の2名の男子（スーザ）も、すごく礼儀正しくて、スーザ女子推し（あとパーカスとＣＧ推し）でしたが、今回で男子も。スーザ推しに（笑）。
@@user-uq2rp2gv1v さん、さらに情報ありがとうございます。あの狭い場所で行ったり来たりの演奏はそういう理由があったのですね。あれは不思議でした。やはり東京で市中パレードは困難なんでしょうかね～。川崎で大西学園がパレードしているのはUA-camで見ましたので、やっていると思いますが。
自分スーザ好きなんですが、スーザも橘にかかるとちょとコミカルな振付をしたり、コンテストなのにスーザ回しをしたりで、すごく楽しませてもらっています。
ブラスエキスポが５月１２日！ これ見に行きたいですね。何とか調整してみます、生橘🍊 生橘🍊😁
@@coconmc2886 さま すみません。今外出から帰ってきました（苦笑）。すみません、昨日は偉そうになんか言いましたが、よくよく思い出してみたら、楽器フェアの時に一緒に整理券配布で並んでいた方が、警察でなく、なぜか消防の許可が下りないから…とかおっしゃっていましたね。すみません。そっちかも。まあ、いずれにしても、政府系役所絡みで、橘だけというわけにはいかないのでしょう。東京は難しそうです、苦笑。
私も橘スーザ推しです。もちろん、橘全体が好きではありますが、とりわけ、その中で、1にパーカス・２にＣＧ．そして3にスーザ女子。まあ、順不同でもあります。あのローズパレードの当時1年生。今3年生のスーザ女子の9キロ完走を見てしまって、感動で、涙・涙。彼女らには頭があがりません。今回の動画アップ見てもらえればお分かりのように、なで肩できゃさなんですよね。よく10キロ担いで演奏演技長時間できるなあ。ありえない。今回も、ずっと休憩なしでの演奏演技。サンバ終了時に、スーザ男子がはあはあ言ってました…（苦笑）。今回、そのスーザ男子のお二人がすごい礼儀正しいのが分かったんですよ。今時、あんな高校生見たことないくらい礼儀正しい、言葉使いも信じられないくらい。それを24日に新発見・認識。で、24日からスーザ女子推しでなく、スーザ推しに変更しました（笑）。3年生3人頑張ってほしいです。2年生男子…一人なるけど頑張れ…。4月、1年生に、フルートはもちろん、スーザにも、たくさん入ってくれるといいですね。

st.taketoさん込み合い状況の撮影ご苦労さんです。最近ネットで海外で話題の橘高校マーチングを昨年二度目の出場を果たしたRose Parade 2018を観てファンになりました。Tatibanaを超えるのは他にないようです。動画をありがとう。
the french horn boy(the injured boy from last year) does'nt look confident unlike the rest of the band.i suspect he's had to struggle to keep his place in the band.he's well hidden in the center of the band.the one or two times i've caught a glimpse of his footwork,he's definitely struggling to keep up.all credit to him though for persevering

Did you see this video (at 6 : 53 )? ua-cam.com/video/1Ve9jt2dqvM/v-deo.html He's receiving private lessons from his band mates. They are obviously doing what it takes to pull him up. Keep in mind this is a teamwork orientated band - not a talent centric one. Losing members is not a desired outcome.
I don't know that he was injured last year. It could be that he didn't play very well (maybe a beginner on the instrument) and they were nursing him along. I say that because last year I did see him in a video or two playing minor percussion instruments - shakers and the like - and now he's on French Horn.
Remember, it's an after-school club, and they don't turn anyone away. Perhaps he's a "project member" they're bringing along.

気の利いた心遣いでの撮影ご苦労様でした。橘の良さ十分楽しめました。有難うございます。
ところで、寺町通りは、相変わらずの混雑で、トロンボーンとフルートが回転する度に観客に当たらないかハラハラしながら見ました。フルートとクラリネットの子は、一列左にズレたら良いのに。

3:35 新顧問の先生の鼻先をかすめるフラッグ。
以前の映像で、前顧問の田中先生が「カラーガードの旗に注意してください。何回か当てられたことありますが、かなり痛いです。」と観衆に注意喚起していましたね。
新3年生は、ローズパレード出場のときに1年生で、その年のパレード曲以外にも、過去のパレード曲までもローズパレードに向けて習得した精鋭ですから、今年はダンスが例年より多くて激しいように感じます。

3:27 ここからのシーンが気にっています。軽やかなリズムと、スーザちゃん達の全身をひねって足を突っ張らせるところや、パーカス隊が、頭をカクンカクン と動かしながら行進をしていくところがカワイイ!!

橘の部員さんの記憶域にはどれだけの暗譜とステップ数が記録されているのでしょうか。
笑顔でのシンクロ率はとてつもない能力です。
また今年も、このさくらパレードを見て春の訪れを感じます。
余計な心配かもしれませんが観覧者が多い橘や出商のように演舞の入っているパレードにはあまりにもパレードスペースが狭いような気がします。不慮の事故とかがあってパレードする側に変な規制がかからない事を祈ります^^;

一番怖いのは、制止を無視してパレードスペースに無理矢理入ってきて演奏中の楽器などに当たって怪我をしたとかって、いちゃもんつけてくるDQNな人ですね。そうなっちゃうと運営側は安全管理の不十分さで何も言えず、今後パレード中の大きな動きの演舞やカラーガードフラッグの大きな振り回しも自粛してくださいなんて事にもなりかねませんよね。
危機感無く、何かあってから後手後手に回って、結局最後に一番貧乏くじを引かされるのは一生懸命演奏している演者さん達･･･なんて事は絶対して欲しくないです。

Thanks for the upload! New batch, New tunes and New moves!! The crowd following them to take videos is crazy huge! I can't imagine trying to play and dance in such a tight formation, plus with so many people nearby. The Usher/ Gentleman who is making space for the band seems to be lost in their music, until a Flag whips across his face at 3:34 !! LOLOL,, I think I'll be like that too if I was doing that job. Great camera work and crystal clear video!!! Thanks once again

They are not new .They were the same last year but I agree 115_th stood out in a certain way.I miss them too.

The roles are switched and 70% of the last year band is gone. There were two very iconic guys on the trumpet and two familiar flag girls that I very much admired. Than there was the great leader from 2018 I really loved the way she carried herself. Last but not least the girl with the prosthetic leg is no longer with us. So man I miss the energy of the 2018 Tachibana. I watched their old ones but there was really something different about the 2018 one that made them very appealing.

@BeeD: Kurara, a very inspirational band member. She is now a flag girl with the Kyoto Fire Department Band, I believe. No more flute, just carrying a flag. She wears a lot of makeup so it's hard to recognize her from her KT days.

The difficulty factor of the music and dancemoves has gone up. They've practiced a lot and it will only get better :-)
Fun fact, the director gets hit by one of the flags at 3:35
Good eye WB. Didn't see that. But the Director seems much more at ease and comfortable this year than last and he takes it all in stride and even smiling. That could have ended much worse. 🤗
She is probably the longest standing colour guard too and has always been perfect. Perfectly accurate. Perfection in her role. What am I saying they all are.
(Even the girl who always dropped hers... Always dropped it at the same point. I loved it)
Justin Fufun You bring up a good point. Is the band perfect? No. But even when you see a mistake you can’t find it in your heart to blame them because they are so dang charming and like-able. And besides no one else in the world comes close to doing what they do. As for the color guard, I usually watch the band more but lately I’ve been taking a LOT MORE closer look at them and they actually do a terrific job and are great entertainers in their own right.

She's the Color Guard Section Lead this year as the only senior full-time flag carrier from last year. (The other two graduated.) If I've figured this out right, the section lead always is at the back of their section so they can see how their section is doing, who might need a little work, etc.

There sure is a lot of people following them with cameras. I take it they are in the super star status in Japan.
According to the school's marching instructor, "no." It's the nature of the country's power structure that if you are not Tokyo-based, then you get almost no national coverage. Almost all of those raised-cameras are shooting for UA-cam videos, not Japan. I get the impression that the KT Band is better known throughout the world than it is within Japan's borders.

I think Tachibana are far more popular in the United States than they are in Japan. And outside of Kyoto, I think more Americans know Tachibana than Japanese.

Actually, there's been several TV shows about the band shown throughout Japan, including one for the 2014 National Marching Band competition where they came in second place; they've won the NHK National competition several times when it was broadcast across the country several times (*including* 2014- go figure!) and have been on several local TV shows. Trust me: they ARE known throughout their country, but there are just SO many good groups, they're in great company.

優しい方、ご教授お願いいたします。フルートさんとパーカッションさんからの転向でも無難にこなしているから流石です。でも相当な努力があったんだろうな。

Ｃｕｔｅ！ フレッシュ！ いつもの子たちが出ないとか、オレンジじゃないとか言ってませんか？ 京都橘の「ＤＮＡ」は世代が変わっても健在です！ 体操着？で商店街を笑顔で行進する生徒さんたちから今年もたくさんのエネルギーをもらっちゃいます。 朝、仕事に行く前とか見ちゃうと一日が楽しくなっちゃいますよ (^_-)-☆
体操着でもオレンジユニフォームでもどちらでも良い程に、成長しましたね。これだけ有名になっても素朴な感じがまた良いですねー。

オレンジの悪魔の毎年の最大の目標はマーチング全国大会で金賞を獲得する事。でも人気、実力有るからイベントに良く招待される。人からたくさん見られるから手は抜けないし、プレッシャーに強くなり、パフォーマンス力も上がると思う。だから毎年どの学年、年代も強い気がする。
