ConCourt ruling on labour brokers to bring certainty to business: Business Unity SA

Business Unity South Africa says Thursday's Constitutional Court ruling on labour brokers will bring certainty to business. The ruling, in favour of metalworkers' union NUM, means a worker placed at a company by a labour broker becomes that company’s employee after three months.
