Pradeep's explanation for the suspension made a lot of sense. Obviously a 100 kilo rider and a 75 kilo rider are not going to have the same experience.

I use to ride Rx 100 from the year 1998 till 2010, the suspension of the bike was is on the stiffer side, as I use to ride the bike at high speeds on national highway no. 17, it gave me lot of confidence, every day I use ride 120kms to an fro. I subscribed it coz ur ans convinced me to buy this bike.... I was a die hard fan of Himalayan and always wanted and dreamt for it...... To do off road and ladakh and all this things... But then comes the pillion comfort for my mom... And i decided to give up the thrill i wanted to do with the Himalayan.... And going to book this... There is no other things to think now...... No meteor...no classic...no Himalayan.... Highness is the choice
Yes you said this suspension is very weight sensitive. I am a light rider and I see very different behavior while riding with and without pillion. Best part is that rear suspension pre load setting can be done with hand itself while bike is put on the center stand. No need of a C spanner. So it is easy to adjust it when required. Never seen this in any motorcycles I have seen before. For my weight I feel the front end to be slightly bouncy. I normally stick to Honda's recommendations and keep 29psi front and 33 psi for rear tires air pressure. Kindly share your views regarding this if you have tried different pressure settings.
very true backrest is must and important. even im struggling to get it but company has not made it yet nor can make in local market as this bike is not in market much so no one has made it. its quite risky for pillion in highway if we r on 80-100 speed. back rest is safety
Do we need to change the rear tyre to a wider one? If I'm not wrong, the Highness has a 130 section tyre. Should I get a 140 or 150 section tyre fitted onto it? I hear that wider tyres = more grip.
Can my little son abd wife seat together in highness i am thin 77kg 5ft 11inch, plz answer me plz nobody lough, in small city usually we travel together in bike, now i ride fz v1
thanks for your reviews...and i got my cb350 yday...my pillion was my wife for 40kms....but she complained a lot and said its not comfortable at all....she was saying the foot rest for the pillion is very high becuase of which there is continuous pressure on the calf and under things...and even i felt the foot rest are little higher than usual bikes....i feel the foot rest for the pillion should have been little lower or little more moved ahead....your thought?
Do you honestly feel that comparing this bike with Meteor is correct? Because these are of totally different type (roadster and cruiser). Hence comparison won't be apple to apple. That's what i feel. Comparing this with RE classic/standard 350 for that matter would be justified. What do you think?
The footpegs of the RE350 are better. Feel more confident keeping legs on them as compared to cb350. Just had a ride for 45km on the cb350, I would prefer the RE350 split seats and with the rider having the spring seat. For pillion sitting on one side, for women, its really not too comfortable. The seats could have been longer and wider. The light is inadequate for night rides, could be better. Bike feels heavy to handle. Jawa is very easy to handle compared to this. Abhinav and Pradip, please make a video on the security aspect of the cb350. Is it easy to break the handle bar lock and electrically hack the cb350 to start it, like the re350?
Sir, the Honda is 15 to 18 kgs lighter than RE 350.... I don't understand how you say this is heavy? I have the RS and I find the handling really light and easy, both in City and on winding hill roads
