Even omad itself takes great discipline. To push further than 24 hrs, Maybe try to keep yourself busy/distracted around that 24hr mark, and if that’s in the evening, you can opt to sleep and when you wake up you will have passed that mark..

Oh no! I’m so sorry that happened to you! We’re you just taking salt, and not electrolytes mixture (sodium, potassium, magnesium)? - these 3 are very important while fasting
I stopped on day 20 the nausea was so bad even after I stopped fasting and started refeeding I couldn’t hold anything down. I feel much better now but I don’t think I will be doing another extended water fast anytime soon lol. I am now sticking to a 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule.
So sorry you went through that! It’s interesting that everyone who was fasting this time experienced extreme nausea! I shared that in my last video and someone said I should have increased my magnesium intake… nevertheless, I hope you were happy with the results you got in the 20 days
@@missjudy9911 yeah i notice most people complained of nausea and in my case vomiting not what I expected at all. I lost 34lbs by day 20, would have wanted to lose more because I am quite on the heavy side but it’s a starting point and my journey continues with intermittent fasting.
@@missanne2373 for 23 days, I was only able to lose 18 lbs, I think because I didn’t have much to lose and I had lost so much earlier on this year.. Now you need to work hard to maintain your weight loss 😍

Am started nov fast at 1st today was ma day 3 am not hungry at all but fill little lizzy but am oky coz i do 14 day on October so in this first week it hard to me but letter it oky
That wouldn’t be true because I started this journey only in January this year.. 2. I finished my 68 day fast in March, so it’s not been a year either since I lost 50lbs 3. If you were actually talking about no difference since I lost weight (which has not been a year) - then that’s a good thing, because I’m my videos I said I didn’t want to lose more that I had lost, I would be too small for my liking… so “no difference” is a good thing because it means I have maintained well Thank you for your observation ❤️
Oh how I wish I would just stop watching this videos but I’m addicted 🥲 and guess who is included in the November fast ,me 😂 .here we go again let’s see I have a goal of 90 days water fast .but I will do it it sections right now we on the 30 days fast for this November.

Day 4 of 21 completed, feeling good so far. Will be so happy once I complete my 1st week. Working during my fast helps alot as not thinking of food.

That’s a great idea.. but I love meat so much, I’ll have to work my way up to a day I will have eliminated meat

Half the time you fasted.. if you fast 7 days, refeed 3 -4 days… 30 days, refeed 15 days

Water, tea , coffee ... The point is to not eat ;)

The six pounds u gained could be because your on your period maybe I hope that doesn’t hold u back, I usually gain some weight during my menstrual
