It's the competition show "SUPER BAND 2" (2021).
It's not a competition among ordinary singers, but a competition for performers, where a band or individual performer participates in a competition to form a new team with whom they want to continue the competition, and form a superband.
A band could be a pop band or a Jazz band as well as Rock.
In Super Band 2, the band "CRACK SHOT" added an pianist to win the title, followed by "CRAXILVER" and "CNEMA" came in second and "KARDI" came in third.
