Two years later, I'm back with another installment of the Hansol Fire PvP movie series. Ever since I started up my video making career, this has probably been the most uninspired times in relation with the game itself and I. Unfortunately, the love of the game I once had has fallen short of the recent expansion, and live streaming being one of the only reasons for me to stay; I still quite enjoy interacting with online viewers aside from the game play itself.
Despite my shortcomings and not really envisioning Hansol 5 to come out this way, I have still managed to pull off another well pieced together movie whilst grabbing the bull by the horns. With over 80 hours of recording, editing, connection making, marketing, and the search for a fresh metalcore / prog metal soundtrack, the end product is finally here. I learned a lot in the process of the production mainly in the editing department, especially thanks to Squid from WCM for educating me tons with incorporating new techniques. The process was long, but still very enjoyable along the way. I hope to continue producing videos whether Warcraft related or not and really hope you enjoy this one. Thanks for all the continued support throughout the years!

+MetaGoblin People who say "pvp before was way better than now" are, PROBABLY, 1k rated scrubs now that can't do shit.
You clearly have never played vanilla or BC or Wrath, clearly you do not know what it feels like to get 1 shotted with 1 auto attack and 1 cleave by a warrior back in vanilla.... (go watch Pat videos, it was fucking faceroll, my 5 year old brother could 1 shot people with my warr which was fully geared back in vanilla), oh and feral in vanilla was more worthless than a lvl 1 critter.
Then BC came, faceroll part 2. There were some classes that were indeed balanced but warlock for example was faceroll, all you had to do was fear- dead, as most people put it, warlocks were the UNTOUCHABLE GODS OF UNIMAGINABLE POWER (untouchable cuz you would get feared and then insta killed).
Then Wotlk came around, everyone thought it would be the end of facerolling, guess what? it was faceroll part 3.
Dk's and paladins were retarded. It was impossible to kill a paladin in wotlk with certain classes. I got 2.4k rating in wotlk with my pala.... and he was not even retri, he was prot..... yeah.... pretty retarded. Not to mention the shadowmourne warriors which were slaughtering machines. In wotlk, if you put 40 people in the same spot and then have 1 warr with shadowmourne bladestorm burst them they would all die in 1-2 seconds. (go watch klinda videos if you do not believe me).
The list goes on and on but atleast in WoD (there are indeed some op classes) but no one can instakill you in a matter of a fraction of a second like it was in previous expansions. That's why you think "pvp looks like taking down a raid boss" when in reality is just more balanced so that people actually need to have some skill in order to achieve something.

At 8 minutes watch closely and think about what I say, this is mainly directed to you Hansol. Think about when you were 3k rated in mop its your inner sanctuary, this is where your moments and grace as a fire mage truly shined. This is where you truly got to be you, one of the best fire mages ever in the history of the game. Almost like a scene of your childhood, where you would drink strawberry milk before you went to bed. An overwhelming feeling of nostalgia, but now it is gone forever and you sit at the top of the mountain of the jade forest weeping because you will never get that feeling again.

it had 1 bit where you played as undead and killed some alliance scum. The rest was fake undead and disappointing.

It's pvp videos like this one that got me in to WoW pvp to begin with. Nice to see that someone is doing real videos now and not just twitch stream highlight dumps.

It's a long tedious road from logging in to warlords of draenor and producing a movie, and to produce one with such aggressive world pvp. Insane dude. Really fun to watch, editing was possibly better than Hansol 4 even. Despite WoD content obviously not to par with MoP. Really pulled a rabbit out of the hat here dude, mad respect.

Especialy the part when you block at 0% , rogue vanishes and song slowly goes "is this the end of me..." but then Hansol gets a breath and song tones up as a giant fiery meteor drops from the fucking sky then boom boom Hansol just melts the rogue and walks away. +Hansol Alan wrote some of the best Erra songs that exist imo, I love everything they ever made but I miss the old days! Alan's wife's voice fits so well to this type of music and I cannot wait for the LP that's suppose to come out this year.
I got the same chill seeing the Azncoolz Production/Warcraft Movies fade-in that I got seeing the opening crawl for Star Wars Episode VII. Just a sense of something epic about to happen. Holy hell those Xv1s though. Shame there didn't seem to be anyone to duel, but I can see how you would just wreck all over anyone one-on-one :)

I thoroughly enjoyed this, great editing man. I was expecting 2's or 3's gameplay, you do enough of it on stream that you must have dope highlights... That's not actually a complaint I just hope the next one (PLEASE make a next one!) has 3's gameplay. Again, superb editing and great clips.
