- I raise and breed guppies in Hawaii. This video shows the beautiful guppies that I raise in my backyard guppy farm.
My friend wanted to add colorful fish into her fish pond. The pond has common river guppies and really nice orange swordtails. I collected some of my guppies and put them into her pond. We are hoping the guppies will crossbreed and produce nice colorful fish for her pond.

I just discovered your channel. Awesome video. I have decided in the last month that I am interested in starting an aquarium. After many videos I have decided that I only want to have guppies. I am a senior and I stay home on my farm most of the time. This will be a great source of enjoyment and hobby for myself. I know that I don't want to expand to lots and lots of tanks. As to be honest, I don't have that much room. From what I'm understanding I may have two or three 10 gallon breeder tanks and a single larger show tank. That is still down the road. I am still educating myself with watching videos before I jump head first into this new venture. I'll be looking forward to watching more and more of what you put out. Aloha I hope you are well...you have so many lovely strains now the dumbo mosaics and the black metals are my favourites, I used to keep sword tails and I found them to be brutal baby eaters in tanks, with so much vegetation in your friends pond its not a worry, I had a pair a green and an orange they used to stalk the tank looking for unwary babies to eat one would move forward a little then the other taking it in turns to lead also I had a half red half blue sword tail he was red to his dorsal fin then blue all down his back end and tail also a black and white sword tail with dark brown eyes neither of them lived that long I'm not sure why...cheers now
