- Our new Refillable Floss Pick is endlessly restringable, and comes nestled in a sleek, mirrored magnetic dispensing case. One refill pod (that’s just $5!) equals 180 single-use plastic picks, so you can floss your way to a healthier mouth - and a more sustainable routine. Learn how to refill the dispensing case here:
1. Lift and open the dispensing case to disassemble
2. First, remove pick and set aside
3. Press your thumb into the divot, then push down to open the dispenser and slide part of it out
4. Flip the dispensing top upside down and slide out the empty floss refill (recycle it with paper)
5. Slide the new pod into the dispensing top, flat side down
6. Pull out the rigid exposed floss, then thread the string through the hole inside the dispensing top
7. Slide the top back in to reassemble - it will click when secure
Rigid string will be loose. Use hands to cut it away. Then freshen up with some floss!

actual footage instead of stills would be more helpful (and make more sense-- it is a video, after all).
why would you post pictures using youtube>?
How do you even get it in the pick? The box didn’t come with instructions and there’s not a video that’s easy to find.
so i can’t use just any floss?
it seems like you can but this refill happens to be integrated into the case.. if you watch the loading video though it seems like you could do what they want you to do with any floss
I think you could open up the paper refill "box" and fill it with any floss. Then follow the same process as if you had the original and there you go. I am going to try it, when i start using it.
@@DavidTranAnh any updates, David?
@@1night1day yes you can basically carefully open the packaging and insert your own floss. Its definitely a lot cheaper that way than buying it from them. I do have an issue though the fork doesnt hold the floss very well so after few teeth flossings i have to remove it and cut a new one. Its really annoying i think it just doesnt have enough strength to hold it in place for a long time.
I use your toothbrush all the time
QUIP DENTAL FLOSS IS AWFUL!! I cant write an honest review on their website, so I thought I would anywhere I could. I wasted $20 on the dental holder with floss from Walmart and the floss continuously falls apart and gets stuck in my teeth and the stupid holder is sharp and cuts your gums, and doesn't even hold the "floss". NONE of the reviews on their site are about the dental floss/holder. I do not understand why they have dishonest reviews on their site. I cant be the only one WHO HATES THEIR "FLOSS"! Sorry im irritated because it worked ONCE! and I threw away the box and now im stuck with the POS!!
came here to say the exact same thing!! It literally breaks apart and sheds and fibers get stuck in my teeth!!!
