Hurricane Debby created numerous travel problems along interstate 10 east of Tallahassee on Monday afternoon. Heavy rain caused flooding that slowed traffic and stranded one motorist due to their vehicle hydroplaning into deeper water. The wind overturned a semi-truck that had westbound traffic at a standstill for over an hour. The driver was unharmed in the accident. The wind also took down trees along the interstate where crews were working to clear them off the roadway. The footage was shot along I-10 near Monticello, Florida.

Wow I drive across here so many times for school and drove through directly after idalia last year as well and had to wait for trees to be cleared from the roadway for dozens of miles but to see flooding here blows my mind
