    I love your food creations and it’s super helpful when you show a pic of the dish with the FitnessPal list👍
    Thank you!
    Could you please include in your next book every UA-cam recipe you have made to date? I travel ALL the time and the way you cook and meal prep is perfect for me.

    I like how you included your workout and I love all your meal ideas! Are you still trying to hit the same amount of protein now in your improvement season?

    • @NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef
      @NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef  6 років тому +4

      Alex M At this moment, yes! 140g of protein... this current protein goal might decrease to probably 130g as my calories get higher. I’ll probably move them to carbs or fat😊 hope that makes sense😅

    • @alexm3944
      @alexm3944 6 років тому +1

      Natalie Matthews Fit Vegan Chef yes this makes sense thank you! I'm surprised your protein wasnt higher so you could decrease carb intake further but I guess thats the beauty of being vegan in prep 😉 high micronutrient intake from veggies and our bodies are capable of so much more 💪 I'm learning as much as possible from you because I hope to do a bikini competition as soon as I have the extra money for it. I'm currently about to start my first year of college and that is my current priority but I still hit the gym 6 days a week to build my physique as much as possible for when the time comes. You motivate me everyday 😇

    This video was a great help. Would love to see more like it breaking down the macros for each meal as you did. I struggle to figure out how to go meeting my protein goals on a plant-based diet and these ideas are great. Would love to see you explain how you go about meal planning to meet your goals.

    I love the Orgain protein milk and the Banza pasta! Both of them are incredibly delicious! The chocolate tofu seems like such an interesting idea. I’ll give it a try one day, maybe!
    Also, seriously, your 3-weeks post-comp physique is insane-even if I dieted down and exercised over two hours a day, I wouldn’t be able to gain that much definition! 😅

    Have u ever came across swad soya chunks or Nutrela soya granules? They are like tvp, but u boil them and squeeze out the water really easy and high in protein, calcium and iron. I make buffalo soy and soy nuggets w them, really cheap too at Patel brothers.

    I need your help… I finally made the plunge and decided I'm going vegan. I've struggled my entire life trying to eat foods that I thought I had to because they were animal protein and always turning to junk food because I hated eating animal protein. It's been a struggle for me my entire life..i'm going to start eat mainly salads and watermelons and other fruits… That's all I'm craving right now..I eat beans...but I've been binge eating on junk food (because I was studying for my exam ) and I just want to eat light now... I guess I'm sort of detoxing ..But after that I don't know what to do...I don't eat a lot of starchy foods as they don't agree with me, I may have food sensitivity...I need to drop 40 pounds that I put on my body… I would love for you to work with me😌
