0:09 Kaiba: I'll drop the Harpie's feather duster to destroy that one card. 0:11 OP: NOOOOOOO... I'll destroy it with that one card. Kaiba: Uhhhh... Okay ?!?!
The game only handles up to 16 cards in the hand properly. Once you have more than 16 it loops back around so the 17th card (counting left to right) becomes the first card and so on till reaching 32nd card and at that point I can only assume it would loop back around again.I'm assuming it was a programmer oversight them not expecting and not testing for hands larger than 16 cards. It was fixed in Joey the Passion due to there being a card that specifically lets you have as many cards as you want in your hand.
Out of sheer curiosity - is there a specific reason you aren't playing the Joey game? I mean, Kaiba has the best personality, but Joey has the most cards, doesn't he? I am not sure if there are any major differences between versions. Subscribed.
Time mostly. I've got a ton of stuff I'm working on and trying to get uploaded ranging from going out of bounds on Neverwinter, to a compact redstone elevator design on Minecraft of my own design, to some gameplay of the Long Dark, to more Team Fortress 2 playthroughs and hopefully soon also a community map playthrough I said I'd do for someone of their map months ago. I also have a few more bugs I was going to show off with the Kaiba and Yugi Power of Chaos games first before moving on to Joey the Passion. The Joey the Passion game I'm a bit less familiar with, but would like to still tackle it eventually. The biggest things slowing me down right now are my lack of a dedicated machine for video encoding and lack of upload speed.
Not that I know of as it would require being able to emulate the game as Android typically uses an ARM CPU and this game was for X86 (Intel/AMD) CPUs. A x86 emulator would be all that comes to mine, but I'm not aware of any that can run x86 software on an ARM CPU. I'm only familiar with going the other way running ARM software on x86 CPU via something like Qemu.
I was more trying to show off a glitch than actually win. My deck in this case was built around setting up for a combo to allow me to draw enough cards to have more than 16 in my hand.
The goal here wasn't to win, but rather to set up a scenario where I could draw as many cards as possible in one turn to specifically create this overflow bug. There were cards in the deck for other bugs I wasn't able to show in this video but do show off in future videos. Some of the moves I make on the surface may sometimes look like mistakes, but they're often meant to affect Kaiba / ai, to play in a very specific way.
@@deltaresero I understand But why do u need a card which gives 1000 lp to ur opponent and u draw one card. I mean instead of this card u will draw the card which already gave 1000lp Pot of greed is something else
@@ivailopavlovski5894 It's purpose was mostly for offsetting the hand once having more than 16 cards in the hand without losing any cards total. Alternatively I have used it before for getting Kaiba to waste Magic Jammer trying to stop it, but I drew it too early to be of much use this time. I could've held onto it and later discarded it, but I already had 2 of the 3 acid trap holes I needed as well as the cyber jar so I used it since I could always offset cards in the hand later with giant trunade. In a normal duel where I'm not trying to potentially draw 20 cards in a single turn, it has little use outside of a 40 card deck. Also, a situation with more than 16 cards in the hand, it would be possible to activate Upstart Golbin multiple times from the 17th+ position to keep substituting cards in until I got either Pot of Greed or graceful charity in the unlike scenario I didn't have either and still had cards left to draw after using the cyber jar and 3 acid trap hole combo.
I didn't know this game had that many bugs. I don't think I ever encountered them. I only encountered game crash or game freeze lmao. Does the other 2 games have bugs like this too?
When he says "this card represents my pride and soul as a duelist" you know shit about to go down
That was such a torture at the end, Kaiba just wanted to die and that's it

I'm just wondering what in seven hells is even happening anymore towards the end.
Huh! So, you're activating a spell card. Huh so, you're activating a spell card... +оо
That was crazy and good to watch

Great vid, I like your content.
How could every trap/spell card become Monster Reborn at the end? That’s nice
