Good news: if you go as jobless for as long as I have, the anxiety goes away, and is replaced by a resigned, low-grade despair which isn't as bad as heart-twisting anxiety is. I just found out today that the color you dislike the most could be an indication of a wounded chakra and mine is yellow and orange which is sacral and solar plexus so I LOVE that you are doing one for the solar plexus chakra 🥺💜 perfect timing.
