Many scenes gave me really goose bumps: I could feel the influence of the final scene of "Hotel Del Luna" EP 7 when Prince TRAI joined the Series in EP 5 as Doctor THIRD, to the horror of SAN. It seems to be really predestinated that all these terrible Princes have to be inevitably part of the reincarnation circles, for the leads true love to be reassure once again. The process has always been really painful to the ones who suffered under their cruelty and tyranny in the past: Here it was SAN; in Del Luna it was MANWOL. Thai actor POND Ponlawit (My Ambulance; 180 Degree Longitude Passes Through Us; Four Ever You) has been truly great as Doctor THIRD, specially in EP 7. The reincarnation of the love triangle as it was 100 years before reinforces the struggle of SAN trying to keep his loved one WAT/WEE against TRAI/THIRD. I could feel the influence of the final Episode of "Kissable Lips" in the last EP 8 when SAN was reunited with WEE at the Shrine nursing room. That dialogue really took me back to the scene when our vampire JUN HO is about to die, saying his farewell loving words to his pure blood human boyfriend MIN HYUN: "I am truly happy being together with you at the end of my so long and meaningless life. From all those many years... I am just taking my happy memories of loving you". 😭😭😭 Here in "Century Of Love" EP 8 SAN told WEE: SAN - I have lived a long time already, WEE. Over 100 years. I had never have such great happiness as the time I have been together with you, WEE. I don't want to live in this world without you, WEE. WEE - Is someone like me... really worth it, PHI*? SAN caresses WEE's face and gives him a shining smile on his face for an answer, and says: Don't leave me ever again, WEE. 😭😭😭 I am stressing this influence of "Kissable Lips" with all the same love feelings between the leads of both Series by using one of its OSTs for this FanMade Music Video. The meaning of the lyrics matches both Series really well. For the Season's Finale Episodes next week there is a lot to happen... and with the dream premonitions of SAN together with the Goddess NÜWA we are heading for two different possibilities with an end that could be really a tragic one. Before our vampire JUN HO vanished in his pure blood human boyfriend MIN HYUN arms when his time was due in "Kissable Lips". Our dying baby THARN was inevitably taken away from PHAYA by Prince Chalothorn because of their eternal curse in "The Sign". Our Merman REN YU sacrificed himself by giving his very last energy to his human loved one LONG JIE in "49 Days With A Merman". ALL of the BL productions with love relationships in a limited time frame have had a tragic ending, even if the producers of "The Sign" released an alternative "happy ending" in the UNCUT Version of that Series to please the BL fans around the world.
