Love these chats xx would love to here how you’ve culled the clients you didn’t want? Were you straight with them or just said you were too busy to book them? My biz is 100% referral and I’ve been super lucky, it’s just amazing people referring amazing people but I do have a few people that will change appointments five times just to cancel, I’m scared to tell them they can’t rebook because their friends that see me are amazing clients + I’m scared they’ll leave a bad review. Love advice on this xx
