73. We replace the old joinery on the south side

After a few weeks of absence, here we are reboosted and it's back to work!
We have agreed with the facade builder to do the facade on the south side (scrape the joints, remove the traces of old coating and rejoin the stones) next September, so we must not fall asleep and finish replacing all the old joinery to be able to put the news before the facade designer intervenes. Especially since he has to redo all the window frames, it would be a shame to damage them by changing the joinery afterwards...
We had some surprises and difficulties, they weren't in the gnognotte in the 18th!!
