If Max made a video statement naming the person who shot him, the prosecution would’ve moved forward with the trial, not drop charges do to lack of evidence. As many people that are incarcerated due to witness/victim testimony, the case would’ve been won on victim testimony alone. The video tape would’ve been allowed in court because Max’s inability to testify in person during trial would’ve been due to the actions of the defendant (allegedly). Even though I don’t know Max nor do I have an interest in NLMB, KTA, etc.., I don’t believe Max snitched because his testimony would’ve been allowed and it would’ve been crucial to the outcome of the case.

If Max told police who shot em on his death bed and the detectives recorded him pointing out the mugshot and confessing that was dude who shot me they would of used that shit in court. I find it hard to believe a victim on their death bed who identifies the suspect and that evidence is never used in court. I don't think Max snitched on dude for a second. It was probably a friend or family member that Max told did it and they told police who did it but a hear say confession from a dead person would never hold up in court. Imo that's what happened. Max ain't rat his folk who did it n they ended up tellin the d's after he passed away. I'd put money on that's how shit really went down. Even someone who died, regardless of their criminal background, identifying a suspect to the police from the victim himself will almost always hold up in court, unless it's a he told me that so & so did it, type of 3rd party confession shit is rarely enough to get a solid conviction in court, defense lawyers will eat a hear-say confession for breakfast court. Max ain't snitch, someone else tipped off the police n that's why it was never used as evidence in court guaranteed
