some business coupes had the divider between the trunk and cab deleted, some was factory, some done by the owner, this served 2 purposes, 1 was to make it easier for the salesman to reach his stock without having to open the trunk for a quick sale, the 2nd was so the salesman could lay down and sleep relatively comfortably when a hotel wasn't available or the salesman didn't want to stay in one,
Wow wow what a hotie, yellow rose 🌹 of texas, beautiful gourgeus love this baby awsome car thanks jeff and Jordan for this video i enjoy every moment from tom your friend always 🤩 🤩 USA 😎 ☀️ 💎
Do you know if the trunk of a business coupe will exchange with one from a special delux coupe? Sometimes the two look different and other times they look the same.
Gorgeous ride, the last one Henry Ford would see ride off the assembly line before his passing. Love the color on this one!

This Ford is old as my self but in better shape
Looks like the one on The Karate Kid.
That lite blue car a '40 Ford coupe? Next to yellow '57 Chevy. Pretty color anyway.
Wow! It’s a really nice looking old car, it’s sweet!!! What’s the yellow lights on the front of the car mounted on the front bumper?
Those are Amber colored fog lamps on the bumper. Thanks for taking a look, we appreciate it!
Very nice Ford! Is that an orginal color? Seems to me the orginal colors were black, maroon, red and blue...maybe white. Thanks for posting!
I believe it is the factory "Maize" yellow. Thanks for taking a look!
My parents had a 1947 Mercury.
1946 in yellow wow is that a automatic
Glad it's a factory engine.
Two mirrors on the passenger side.
Why do hot rodders put Chevy V8s in them instead of the original flathead V8?
Hot rodders may consider a 302 Ford instead of a Chevy. I say keep a Ford a Ford!!
The Chevy's fit in them easily because of their oil pan design and they were so readily available and cheap.
Put a Big Block 460 with an automatic trans in that car and we would be passing all those little cars on the Interstate
That sure would be fun Jim.
The car looks like a 1948 Ford coupe tuder sedan from the front end even though it is a 46
Yeah, the 46-48's are all very similar.
Gorgeous Piece of machinery love them 46 s Real cars
