The only note that’s actually different is the 7th because Metallica is using harmonic minor. Which is why there’s dissonance in like a couple spots. But I’m conclusion, @Axl H. they both incorperate the same arrangement of sharps or flats ont the staff what changes is a G major key creates an expection of something brighter whereas E minor creates that expectation of something darker. an E natural minor scale in essence could be seen as a playing a G major scale but starting and working your way up from E instead of G

I absolutely admire the juxtaposition of the album covers. The one on the left is red and white while the one on the right is blue and black. On the left, we see Mariah Carey being happy and joyful for the holiday season meanwhile on the right we see lightning and more importantly, an electric chair which is associated with death and death is typically associated with sadness.
