I don't even know what words to use to compliment this video. This is the only crochet tutorial I've seen with proper cups to help support larger chest sizes. And the cups still look cute in different sizes! Unlike in most other crochet bra cup tutorials. Thank you so much!!
For anyone 34D and with size 4 yarn with a 4mm hook: Rows 1-5: increases as shown in the video Rows 6-9: no increases I didn't do the sc border around the round edge 2 rows of sc at the top 2 rows of dc above those And I just needed the cups so that's where I stopped.
I’m currently working on this one for a 34DD US/75E EU bra size! The only cotton yarn my local store had was weight 4, and I’m working with a 3.5mm hook instead of a 4mm because that’s what I had on hand, but here’s my measurements so far: -My cups increased up to SC10, Inc 1 in the 11th stitch for a total of 72 stitches, then I did two rows of just double crochet before doing one decrease row to make the cups deeper without becoming too wide. -In the middle, I used two chains to connect the strap then did 22 rows in pattern. -For my side straps, I chained 46 then followed the pattern for 22 rows. I’ll keep updating this comment as I go!
I saw this too on TikTok and my immediate thought was “more people need to be making tutorials for CUTE crochet outfits for young people” I love to crochet but I can’t make my own patterns yet so this means a lot!!
Saw your post on Instagram and came running. I’m telling you, I can’t crochet for my life but I would buy these soooo fast. Please you should consider selling them
thank you for a really detailed tutorial. as a beginner i feel like i learned some important things just by watching! btw i loved the poppy corset you made i really hope you make a pattern for it to buy or a tutorial if that's ever an option. 💘
For the watermelon one, I do the same steps, just with different colors 😊 So the differences are that I don’t start with white for the magic ring/1st row, I start with the pink I use for the base of the watermelon. Then I do all my rows of double crochet and do one row of SC with white, but I switch to pink again to do the top edge. Then I switch to light green and do 1 row of SC with that, switching back to pink again for the top edge, and then I do one row of SC in light green. Then I do a final row of SC along the bottom edge in dark green, where I attach my yarn to the top right edge of my cup, chain 1, and then SC. And I explain how to do the seeds in the embroidery method part at 29:00. I hope that helps! ❤️
I’m a 36H, I really want to make this for an upcoming festival but I’m intimidated 😅 idk if those cups will work on someone above an E. Has anyone bustier tried this? I’d love some tips
Hi! I want to do a strawberry or pineapple one for my friends birthday in summer. Do you have any recommendations on how I can make that in the same fruit cup style as these?
I’m not op but I saw this and thought a pineapple would work pretty well with the pattern. You could make it look like half of a slice. Idk! I wish you luck!
I buy practically all my yarn at grocery stores here in Denmark so I’m not sure how helpful it is to say brands haha. But for these, I’ve used WOW 8/4 (weight 1, superfine) cotton, and then doubled it to make it equivalent to an 8/8 (weight 3, light) 😊
I usually buy the limited time sale yarn at Føtex or Bilka when they advertise it in their weekly ad haha. They don’t have cheap yarn all the time but it’s definitely worth keeping an eye out for!
I’m a little confused. On the top of the cup, when you do the white border, wouldn’t doing two single crochets in a single post be an increase? Or is it different?
Sorry, I seem to have missed your comment! I didn’t take an actual gauge for this, but when I measure the diameter of my semicircle after I finish 8 rows of DC, it measures 8.5 cm
magic ring: chain two six single crochets in white, change color on last. chain two turn, 6 increases chain two turn, 1 double crochet, 1 increase six times chain two turn, two double crochets one increase six times
Hi! I just found your content on Instagram and immediately fell in love with these and the tulip corsets. Wow, how beautiful! One question I had, which I didn’t hear mentioned at the beginning of the video, so I’m not sure if you cover it later on, but was if you know if these will stretch much over time? I’ve had that issue with making hats in the past and I’ve heard maybe using some elastic along with your yarn can help… any thoughts on this? And/or do you notice much stretching with these tops? I just want to make them to last ❤
Ik I’m two months late to comment lol but I find acrylic yarn tends to stretch out more than cotton thread. My favorite is the lily sugar and cream yarn if you have it where you’re at. It’s a stiffer cotton yarn which I like because it keeps its shape and gives the girls more support
Will you make more bikini top tutorial and possibly some summer tanks or shirts. I love this and your tutorial is so good. Thank you. This is super cute
-Cotton yarn, whatever colors you want. -4mm hook (recommended, because your yarn might need another hook size, make sure to verify the yarn tag) -scissors -darning needle [Optional] measuring tape and stitch markers
I definitely appreciate the tutorial but I would have preferred it be broken into different video examples for each fruit. I also feel it should be more size inclusive. She’s so much smaller than my size I had no clue what to do😂😂
magic ring: chain two six single crochets in white, change color on last. chain two turn, 6 increases chain two turn, 1 double crochet, 1 increase six times chain two turn, two double crochets one increase six times

Hi!! What type of yarn is it? Brand?
I buy practically all my yarn at grocery stores here in Denmark so I’m not sure how helpful it is to say brands haha. But for these, I’ve used WOW 8/4 (weight 1, superfine) cotton, and then doubled it to make it equivalent to an 8/8 (weight 3, light) 😊

What is your gauge again? I didn’t quite understand in the video… how many Hdc for 10cm?
Sorry, I seem to have missed your comment! I didn’t take an actual gauge for this, but when I measure the diameter of my semicircle after I finish 8 rows of DC, it measures 8.5 cm
