That's the only solution as I see it. Let these clowns create all the fake content that they want. But if they have any plans about releasing it publicly, then there has to be a large and prominent message at both the beginning and the end that makes it clear that the content it contains has been manipulated and it is an inaccurate depiction of what it shows. And expand it to also include anyone who chooses to re-post the content. They too have to keep the message about it being manipulated, or else they will open themselves up to defamation suits. This way they can still post their garbage, but anyone who views it will have been made aware that what they've been watching was fabricated.
