How do u use pump machine what are the times you use pumping..how to store the breast milk...how do use breast milk after storage

So, I pump every time baby is eating. In a 24hr period I pump 6 times. I have two 32 ounces glass mason jar that I keep in the fridge and anything over that I store in the freezer. Breast milk can last 4 days in the fridge before it goes bad. It’s easier for me to make a bottle super fast vs waiting for the milk to defrost then pour in a bottle.
