I often skip the huntsman bow too, but its does have one significant advantage over the finewood and draugr fang bows- its quieter/more subtle. Which means that its arrows have a lower aggro radius than other bows which makes it easier to aggro a target without bringing all of his friends too. Not relevant in the mountains really, but you might consider that a useful aspect in the plains when sniping fuling camps or trying to kill individual loxes without getting all 3 of them at once.
13:00 - Tomato Soup with a few drips of Worcestershire sauce is a game changer! But I agree on the soup and sandwich approach! (especially grilled cheese)
I always make the Huntsman's bow. I just think it is a nice step to go from the Finewood for the Swamp. If I was Glitchy I would have taken it as a modest damage boost before you are mining Silver - which might be a while away yet.
I am fortunate to have a wife that absolutely loves Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup. Always a go to when neither of us want to cook. Great....now I am hungry....
On the grilled cheese and tomato soup topic. Ive learned recently now many people have never heard of eating grilled cheese and Chili, I've eaten it throughout my life! Its so good!
@@WafflesGamesProbably Edited the original comment, was missing some words, haha. But yes! My mother often cooked Chili when I was growing up. And we would eat it with saltine crackers and grilled cheese sandwiches! Its so good! If you try it, let us know how you loved it! 😀
I'm one of the niche/alt. players for sure relative to the usual approach, it's nice to get the Draugr Fang of course but from an importance scale, the Huntsman is far more significant to me because I can get it far sooner and it is everything the Fang is except without the poison. The shorter aggro distance is good too but I don't use it much for that purpose; more for just dead eye hits from long range with good power; something the finewood bow is severely lacking! For very similar reasons, players talk themselves out of getting and maintaining a lvl 3 (and then lvl 4) bronze pickaxe as soon as possible. Meanwhile the Huntsman and lvl 4 bronze pick are probably my most valuable tools that can carry all the way to and through the plains. The black metal pickaxe is where I finally throw the bronze pickaxe aside because it does enough work damage to warrant the elevated stamina drain, and I might get the Draugr or I might just go on to the Spinesnap from the Huntsman; bow skill (draw stam per second) and arrow type becomes far more significant than the actual bow brand once the accuracy is the same.
I'll remember this! Maybe I make the bow for him as a gift. But you also mention the bronze pickaxe. Don't you need an iron one for silver? I remember always skipping the bronze pickaxe in favor of iron and then eventually replacing it with a black metal one.
For sure, iron to break a silver vein and get lots of obsidian but a lvl one suffices for those tasks. One would have to upgrade it to lvl 4 to overcome the extra stamina drain per strike and produce as much work as a lvl 4 bronze pick. That extra 2 stamina per swing is very noticeable at lower overall stamina levels; but who ever heard of a stamina issue in Valheim? Pure rumor!@@WafflesGamesProbably
Add it to the list. I laughed at the end... "go to sleep... Will be fine"... I swear... Did it ever go well? Haha! That's what makes it fun. Gg until next time
RIP Eggo... Man, this episode started and ended with ruckus, huh? "This is getting cut" (But it actually wasn't) If you haven't tried it, find some chili crisp. It should be in most grocery stores, or at an Asian grocer. It makes everything taste 200% better. I bet it would take a grilled cheese to the next level. Glitchy! The Stumps!!
17:25 "That's my secret, Dingus - I'm always close."
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Heeey that's true! I've known that but I haven't thought about that kind of use case! Interesting!!
Hah! That troll caused quite a Ruckus!
I knowwww! And I didn't even get to see it until editing!
LOL when it rains, it pours. The whole purpose of guard-wolves is to let them loose on the baddies to help you out. Loved the episode. Chaos happens.
Chaos will always happen, but yeah while it is sad, they're there to help! And Eggo served well.

Hmm I have never considered adding worchcbeeksjdchehsizdiree sauce!
Whosyoursister sauce.
At 11:40 Glitchy missed an opportunity, to troll Waffles by giving him something silly thing (like bukeperries) instead of the Megingjord :D
Hahahaha damnit definitely a missed opportunity!
two hooligans play valheim: causing a ruckus on purpose
I imagine that one we'd have friendly fire enabled and at the worst possible moments, one of us would end up killing the other.
Dig a moat or earth outer wall!
And a good grilled cheese goes well with almost anything
It's on the way!;
Waffles with the excellent Connery!
Hahaha!! It's one of my favorites
I can't stop watching these two idiots :) I'm looking forward to seeing how much they thrive once i catch up.

It certainly wouldn't hurt.

Oohhhh that sounds like a lovely relationship
On the grilled cheese and tomato soup topic. Ive learned recently now many people have never heard of eating grilled cheese and Chili, I've eaten it throughout my life! Its so good!
With chili??? Chili is one of my favorite foods too! But I've never thought about having a grilled cheese with a bowl! I'll have to give it a shot;

NOW it feels like a proper Waffles and Glitchy run.....grade A chaos
The best!!
Ruckus, lummus. It's all fine.... Ish. Lol. 😂
Mostly fine😊
That "RUCKUS" role tho
Hahaha
Is Ruckus the name of the next wolf?
Also, are the explosions are your smelters/charcoal burners running through the night??
I'm not sure! I haven't heard that sound from the smelters yet, but I'm guessing it must be the boat
Odin has 2 wolves, Gere and Freke and 2 ravens, Hugin and Munin. Thanks for the enjoyable videos.
Gotcha!! Thanks!!
Ruckus. Nice. You guys are fun to watch. Keep up the good work.
Thanks!!!

That subliminal mention was very kewl. Put my mind into a ruckus.
Grilled cheese with bacon and sliced tomato!
I've never added bacon!! Might be amazing! But at what point does it just become a regular sandwich?
Garry wants cookies... I saw this show called final space... And I can't get the cookies out of my head! Does valheim have cookiiesss.... Gah...!
We definitely need more food items in valheim! And cookies should be on the list! I have not seen final space but I've heard good things.
Add it to the list. I laughed at the end... "go to sleep... Will be fine"... I swear... Did it ever go well? Haha! That's what makes it fun. Gg until next time
It's ALWAYS fine!! Haha
I would be more open to pvp in valheim if there was no death penalty for PVP deaths.
That would be nice! Maybe glitchy and I should make a smallish mock arena...
When it comes to grill cheese....u need to try pepper jack cheese, spice it up a little bit
I didn't talk about what cheeses I put in them. Yes pepper jack is a staple for me. A fantastic choice. Excellent flavor!
I believe I heard someone say they were going to make a ditch, quite a while back🤔RIP Eggo⚰️
Oh just wait!!
the bees are not happy
LIES!! Hahaha
Ruckus

Glitchy! The Stumps!!
Chili crisp? I'll look into it!!
I'm cool
I don't wanna cause a Ruckus, but put chests for honey between the hives
I skip the huntsman too
Honey chests... definitely a great idea!
How did u guys get berry bushes in your base?
We used the Plant Everything mod.
On today's episode of "Two Idiots play Nom-heim"... Now I want a grilled cheese.
You're welcooooome!!
I know, right? Nom nom nom
grilled cheese.
Delish
Why don't you let the dogs out? you're killing all their fun. ;)
We kinda wanna make more! But we do plan on letting them roam free eventually!
