Mighty going working hard take care
You've been lucky to get some winter crops in the ground, by the looks of some parts in Scotland many farmers couldn't and will only be getting spring crops in
Yes it’s a struggle here. Every field is a bonus at the minute.
Great video Gerry. It’s a challenge with the bad weather. Enjoyed watching. 👍🏼
Another good video Gerry 🦌👍👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Monsoons here is raining Aberdeen..... think its hovercraft instead of tractors shortly... 😮. You've fairly been in and out setting up all the cameras.. thats a fair bit of work itself never mind the editing.. good work sir.. stay safe 🏴
The Mills of Louth lovely 👌 😍
Good see back some set up thire

Great video, gerry, and great to see you got on wel with your jobs
Thanks Bernard 👍

Great video Gerry busy man as always 👌
Good video Gerry you can spoil grass with tedding at this time of year will be nice silage glad you managed to get it
Thanks 👍 yea you could have clay in the bales very easily with tedders or rakes
Great video Gerry!
Glad you enjoyed it
Love the videos Gerry, the 3650 is lookin well
Gerry I seen a clip in America they have a tray in front of the steering wheel of the sg2 cabs I wonder can ya get them they’d hold a powerful amount of stuff
Really good update from the farm Gerry 👍 good to see a lot of the tasks getting dealt with, when does the slurry ban start again 🤔💪
Thanks. 14th or 15th October from memory 👍
Why don’t you Spray the tank with some rust inhibitor Gerry when you’ve finished repairing it.
Yea that’s an idea. Might look into that
Apologies if I have already asked this before but did ye purchase the furrow press since the spring drilling as I see it’s on the tractor again? Hopefully this week will wrap up a lot of jobs if weather plays ball.
What weight and age are the bulls and bullocks you bought last video. What feed are you giving the cattle this year and how much kilos
I see you don't have rubber mats down Gerry. Would it be something you've thought about? I finish cattle and I've one side of a shed done and the cattle definitely do better on them
Had them in sheds and took them out. Cattle are comfy on them but I’d issue with foot bacteria/ foot rot/ mortal arrow that was living between mat and the slat. No amount of washing or disinfecting over few years could stop it. Took all Matt’s out and the 1 wash cured the issue. I Liked the Matt’s. But the con’s out numbered the pros with them for me.
Very interesting reply I never heard of this issue with matts , and I often taught about fitting them on the slats for finishing cattle . Thanks .
Would have been cool if u threw the camera on Timelapse when u were washing the sheds would have made a good video
Must try that in future
@@gerry6420do sure canning farms got over 100k views on his power washing video and it’s only out a few weeks
Ever thought of going min till and reduce ploughing.
Tge ground is heavy and ploughing is helping drainage with it. But I’d like to try mintil in future
@@gerry6420 ploughing can also still be good if chopping straw. seems to incorporate faster
👌👌👍👍🙏🙏🇮🇪🇮🇪
