@@plmyop6756 I know man, but replay the video in 0.25 playback speed... you will see his crosshair moving and flicking even when his camera view is not moving (in cs2 crosshair and your camera view is tied to one another). So explain to me, is this because of the stream, or it's something else moving his crosshair when his camera is not. Looks like the second to me. Only saw it once on the tournaments by Aleksib.
