- We built a house!!!
Prior to this opportunity, we spent approximately two years on credit repair to put us in a good position to purchase a home. In the middle of our build, interest rates started going CRAZY!
We actually thought at one point that we would have to abandon our new build and wait for the market to correct. But God is good! A great opportunity came about and we were able to lock in at a SUPER interest rate.
Hope you enjoy the tour! Let me now what else you want to see. I plan to post home decor as I decorate one room at a time! Would love your input!

Thanks for sharing. ? If you Don't need 3 other bedrooms make 1 a closet. Or the open area kitchen becomes kitchen, dining room and living/entertainment space. The assigned dining area becomes media center. This creates larger space for seating , grande visual screen and ALL entertainment will be on lower level. Win, win❣ Right?!

My wife and I have been thinking about building a home and have watched quite a few videos to get some ideas. I like the size of this house and the way it's laid out. Much prefer something like this over a much larger home.
