There was a tv movie remake of Laura (actually there were several) in 1968, with Jackie Kennedy's sister, Lee Radziwill, playing Laura.
Interesting to hear Vincent Price as a spoiled rich boy before he got typecast in horror roles.

In the original film Lydecker's first name was Waldo, not Paul, as in this version. I wonder why it was changed.
It was the same script- when it was restaged with Gene, Victor Mature and Joesph Kearns on February 1, 1954.
I think Paul was the original name in the book.
Waldo is his name in the book- and in the movie.
