NYSP Doesn't use rumbler sirens, they use Whelen Epsilon.

The lights are red and white but a little bit of blue can be seen on the rear though

Mostly red atleast. Sorta white and then blue at the rear (optional)

Blue is illegal infront, red and white is located infront. The blue lights are on the rear of the last two rotators.
