Is there a way to know what colour space a video was shot in? I am a new wedding video editor and I haven't been able to get a answer on what colour space the raw footage is shot in. I was able to find out the Sony camera model the footage was shot in and make it look good with my CST set at SLog2 but I want to improve and make sure I'm not limiting the potential of my clients work.

This is a great question! If it were me, I'd just get it to look as best you can right now if you don't have the color and gamma info. Maybe it's in the clips metadata? I'll see if I can look into that.

Just what I was looking for- Unfortunately , it's halfway through my cut of a wedding. Is there any way to apply this to clips already on a timeline?

Great question! Well, you might introduce some weird colors if you do it halfway through an edit. It's usually best to do this first thing before starting. However, if you want to save a copy of your project and try it on the new copy that could work! Just to see what happens.

@@donovankean I don’t think it’s doable as the drop down menu is different for clips already on the timeline. Thanks for the reply and keep up the great work!
