I don't know about other figures since I don't have them, but the MK 42 (and by extension the MK 43) figure can make a wonderful 3-point landing pose.

i'm just comparing the new SHF Python i just got to the SHF Mk7, so i stumpled back on this video. i think looking back you can see Hasbro originally did these figures in true 1/12 scale and then the ML came they moved everything to a 6-inch based scale. also you can see other than being a different armor, the improvement is very little; the only real improvement were the hips and the ankle joint. the hasbro mk4, 6 and war machine mk1 remains the few 1/12 scale figure Hasbro actually did very well (repulsor hands and accessories hands were all hinged, unlike today. the old figure were also heavier and more solid compare to today's ML). even compare the original SHF mk6 i did prefer the hasbro mk6 back in the days. it wasn't until i picked up the SHF mk45 and compared it to the ML war machine mk2 that made me realize, ok.... the ML ain't cutting it.
The Iron Man 2 novelization is where the new element being Vibranium comes from, but I'm 99% sure that can be ignored.

Wow I didn’t even know that. I think the comic tie ins aren’t even really considered canon anymore. I know the upcoming Thanos novel will be though.
The author clarified the Thanos novel won't be canon. As for the comics, most of them have been referenced in the official MCU Guidebooks (most notably prelude comics like Fury's Big Week, for instance). The only ones that aren't canon are those that are blatantly ignored by future movies, like one for the first Thor movie that had him fight Malekith years before Thor: The Dark World came out.
James Gunn has also said the GOTG prelude wasn’t canon either. Wow, I thought the Thanos novel was going to be. Not sure I’m going to get it now.
It is bigger, never ordered this, got the 3-pack with Pepper, Thor an Sif, & a few other, but not all. Is there something you are looking forward to at SDDC. Me pics of Super Skrull and Dr Doom.

The Cull Obsidian Wave and the Yellowjacket 2 pack will most likely be it for a while (probably for his third movie). It’s probably the same suit for Avengers 4.

Man i didnt even know those older iron man figures existed!! Great review man! That mk 5 has a frickin skinny abdomen area!! Looks disgusting but the paint job is awesome. Is it just me or does this new mk7 looks more metallic than the ML mk 50? I mean i just think it looks like plastic. I mean it is plastic but it isnt supposed to look like it!

The only exclusives are Tony Stark/Mark 1 at Walmart. Hulkbuster and hulk at target. Iron Man 3 three pack toys r us, no announcement for a US release. Ronan is a shared exclusive with online sellers and GameStop. The Infinity War 3 pack will be available everywhere theoretically, who knows which actual stores will carry it.
I ordered mine moments ago. Nice review btw. I’m just worried that mine will come with 2 left foots because I’ve seen a lot of people that received theirs with two left foots, did yours come with 2 left foots?

This one I will pass on because the Figma figure blows this out the water! In addition, Figuarts Ironman Armors are simply the best. Yet, I do have several Marvel Legend Armors as fillers in my Hall of Armors. But another good video bro.
Thank you. The SHF Iron Man figures are awesome. Import figures are just too pricey for me. I have import Spider-Man Homecoming figures though and I love them.

GameStop stores have already started to receive these, but have a street date of July 17th. So on Tuesday most stores should have some of them out. As far as Target and Walmart, I’ thinking right around August 1st.
