Vents work great. Cool air cannot pass through the radiator into the engine compartment if the hot air cannot get out. Learned this the hard way in the 80's wheeling in the Arizona desert.
These vents are in a high pressure zone. They should be to the sides. At speed your radiator will cool as the high pressure will push into the vents as they're installed in a high pressure area. To the sides and to the front.... are the low pressure spots, air will vent out at low and high speed.... Only reason it cools down when you're not moving is because the fan is forcing the air out and has more air flow, at speed it should have greater cooling effects when placed in the correct area. Hope this helps...
They’re designed to let air out when you’re not moving or going extremely slow when offroad. Since that’s what the Jeeps do 99% of the time. On road driving no jeep should necessarily need vents they just look good then.
What about water pooling and causing rust though? I mean like you said rainy roads splash up anyways, but just wonder if it can pool up from the vents, mine is an XJ
New vents will be sick I put a new thermostat in my jeep and I drilled a hole into it to help with bleeding and it runs much cooler than before so hopefully I’ll be set for summer
@@ROCKY_TV it really does such a stupid part to go bad before my jeep would hit 220 when you first start driving know with the new one it hits right below 210 so it’s a huge upgrade sucks I threw in a a new fan and fan relay to fix it but they would have probably gone bad eventually too lol
So a while ago of the AC clutch went on my compressor and I got stranded cuz I didn't know to take off the belt anyway I had to pull over to let it cool down and then when I went to start it I had to get it jumped after that my RPM gauge reads 12:00 at idle do you know if there's any way to bring it back to normal? should be 800 or so
Keep the WJ community alive with new cool parts! :)
Definitely will try my best on that!
Impressive,i love the head lights
WE NEED MORE COMPANIES TO PUT OUT WJ AFTER MARKET PARTS!
Looking forward to the launch of the website, keep killing it 🤘
Thanks bro 🙌🏻 I appreciate the support

Vents are definitely great to have when wheeling!
Can’t wait for the vents as a product!

It would be awesome if you could make some of those metal inner finder that they have for the wranglers I would definitely buy some!
I’ll see what we can do, I was actually thinking about that!

Why not make some that can be closed from the inside of the hood??
There would really not be much use to closing them. It’s more work than it’s worth

For sure 🙌🏻 and yeah the thermostat makes a huge difference

I’m not to sure about that
Just stuck in open loop because it’s hot. Try reconnecting the battery.
@@TasteMyPP it burned up bro, I had to replace it. Luckily I do all my own repairs.
@@TasteMyPP or did you mean the gauge?
Can't waight for the web site to get up and going.
It should be up and ready next week! Then some of the bigger products will begin rolling out around Christmas/New Years!
@@ROCKY_TV I will be checking it out forsure
Appreciate it! Thanks for all of your support🙌🏻
