This remarkable explanation reminds me of what Allah says to us,
﴿يا أيُّها الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلهِ ولِلرَّسُولِ إذا دَعاكم لِما يُحْيِيكُمْ﴾
O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.
And it's true it gives and makes us alive.

But ustad dawah is done to non muslims mostly on intellectual basis
As a convert I think this is a mistake and makes many daiis come across as arrogant.
Well I think it's very hard to touch someone we don't know emotionally because that needs a high level of empathy. But when we make dawah we put at least the thoughts and information in the head of people and Allah guides them and they will come to a moment in life where there understand it with their heart and spirit in sha Allah. For example you teach someone logically about Allah and those thoughts stay in his head. One day he is close to a car accident or outside in a storm next to him hits a lightning, I don't know what and they will feel something inside them and suddenly their heart understands.
@@mikaA6540 yes if it's real logic, it can be effective, but quite often I have seen daiis succumb to the Dunning Krueger effect and think that because it makes sense to them, it is objective logical progression, and then they end up sneering at people who don't follow. Most daiis do not study even the basics of rhetoric and cannot distinguish logos from pathos or ethos, mix them all together, and sometimes come out making the Deen look foolish.
Which dawah?
I think this is a mistake. The Quran speaks to a deeper spiritual reality within man. The prophet (pbuh) didn't start giving scientific lectures and intellectual proof
