Trio cuts
Dough:
4 eggs
200 g powdered sugar
200 g plain flour
100 ml of oil
100 ml water
1 packet of baking powder
2 spoons of cocoa
Pudding:
1 liter of milk
2 packages of golden ears of corn
1 package of vanillin sugar
4 spoons of granulated sugar
Topping:
600 ml sour cream 16%
1 package of vanillin sugar
2 packets of cinnamon sugar
Separate the whites from the yolks, add a pinch of salt to the whites.
Beat the yolk with sugar until foamy.
Add oil and water.
Mix flour with baking powder.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add to the dough, mix lightly.
Cook pudding from 1 liter of milk, golden cob and vanilla sugar.
Pour one half of the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet (40x30).
Mix cocoa into the second half of the dough.
Pour the cocoa dough with a spoon.
Pour the cooked pudding while still warm onto the dough.
Bake at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
Mix the vanillin sugar into the sour cream.
While the cake is still warm, pour sour cream mixed with vanilla sugar.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
